i'm one of those people who is very particular to the music i listen to based on the seasons of the year; fall is my favorite. i love the singer/songwriter for the crisp weather.
i had the great pleasure of seeing one of my very favorite contemporary artists, damien rice, a few years ago in memphis. his music is simply beautiful to me and his lyrics come from an intimate personal place that is genuine and heartbreaking.
if you see my driving around town, with the windows rolled down, heat on my feet, arm surfing, with a smile on my face, damien rice is probably playing on my stereo.
